Privacy Policy — EV Diag Tool
This Privacy Policy describes how Mondial Auto Service Corp (“we”, “us”), operating EV Diag Tool, collects, uses, and protects information when you use:
- the website https://evdiagtool.com and the personal cabinet;
- the Android application with package name
com.mascorp.evdiagtool; - Fleet Telemetry processing we host for authorized users.
EV Diag Tool is a vehicle-health diagnostics service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the service or the App.
1. Product notice
- We do not build trip tracking. Location, GPS, routes, and geofences are out of product scope.
- Telemetry is limited to health-oriented Fleet Telemetry fields you authorize.
- Virtual-key pairing and OAuth scopes are controlled by the vehicle owner in Tesla’s systems.
- Account registration is limited during launch; email confirmation is required before full account use.
- Connecting Tesla keeps your place; unused sign-ups may be cleared periodically so others can join.
- Billing uses stream-slot plans (Solo / Duo / Trio); payment methods are processed by Stripe.
2. Who we are
EV Diag Tool is operated by Mondial Auto Service Corp. The product focuses on predictive HV / BMS / drivetrain health insights built for Tesla vehicles via official Fleet API capabilities, where permitted.
3. The Android application
The Android app (com.mascorp.evdiagtool) is a companion client that opens the EV Diag Tool website in an embedded browser (WebView) and provides in-app Settings (theme, license, privacy link).
3.1 Permissions declared in the Android app
- INTERNET — load https://evdiagtool.com and related pages; open the Privacy Policy.
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — detect network connectivity for page loading.
The Android app does not declare Bluetooth, location, microphone, camera, or contacts permissions.
3.2 On-device data in the Android app
- Theme preference (light/dark) may be stored in private app storage on your phone.
- WebView cookies and session data for evdiagtool.com may be stored by the Android WebView so you can stay signed in, the same way a mobile browser would.
- Android backup: the app manifest currently allows Android Auto Backup (
allowBackup="true"). System backup behavior depends on your device settings.
The Android app does not independently upload vehicle telemetry to Mondial outside the same website and API flows you already use on https://evdiagtool.com.
4. Information we may collect (website and services)
4.1 Account data
Email, authentication credentials, account metadata, and optional Tesla account profile fields you authorize (for example display name).
4.2 Vehicle health telemetry (when you pair a vehicle and configure Fleet Telemetry)
Pack/BMS signals, inverter temperatures, charging health, service alerts/errors, and non-location context such as odometer or speed.
We do not collect: Location, GpsState, GpsHeading, OriginLocation, DestinationLocation, RouteLine, trip maps, or geofence histories.
4.3 Technical data
IP address and basic request logs for security and abuse prevention.
4.4 Payments
Payment card details are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status and related account/plan information needed to provide subscribed features; we do not store full card numbers on our servers as part of ordinary Stripe Checkout flows.
5. How we use information
- Provide health dashboards, fault replay, and reports you request
- Operate and secure the service and Android client access to it
- Process subscriptions and customer support
- Comply with law where required
We do not sell personal data and do not use telemetry to build advertising profiles of where you drive.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share information with:
- service providers who help us host, email, secure, or process payments (for example hosting providers and Stripe), under their roles;
- Tesla systems when you authorize OAuth / Fleet API / virtual-key flows (controlled by you in Tesla’s systems);
- authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.
7. Storage and retention
Client workspaces are stored under dedicated per-account folders on our servers (sessions, telemetry archives, vehicle configs, reports). Retention lasts as long as needed to provide the service or until you request deletion.
On the Android device, local theme preference and WebView session data remain until you clear app data, clear WebView storage, or uninstall the app.
8. Security
Use a strong unique password for your account. Keep your phone and the app up to date. Protect physical access to unlocked devices where you are signed in.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data.

10. Children
The service and App are not aimed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
We may operate or use service providers in countries other than yours. Where the law requires, we use appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date at the top will change when we do. Material new practices (for example new permission types in the Android app or new cloud data uses) will be reflected here before or when those features go live, as required.
13. United States privacy rights
Where U.S. state privacy laws apply, you may have rights such as access, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing. Mondial Auto Service Corp does not sell personal information collected through EV Diag Tool for monetary consideration as described in those laws for the data practices stated in this Policy.
