About sync: Tesla polls and streams each signal on its own schedule (different update intervals and timestamps — not one shared snapshot). History shows the last known value per parameter at the scrub time, so related readings (for example current vs voltage, or SOC vs charge power) can look slightly out of sync. That is expected — not a chart bug.

History loads from the per-VIN archive: fault clips at full resolution when the range overlaps an incident (smooth scrub), otherwise hot (dense recent) or cold overview (downsampled). Demo VIN is pre-seeded for 2026-09-05 around 14:42.

Battery health overview

Estimated SOH, degradation, imbalance and thermal spread from the current telemetry window. Degradation is based on the battery pack capacity entered by the client (Profile nameplate kWh; demo uses a sample value).

Service alerts & vehicle errors

Full Tesla VehicleAlerts / VehicleErrors. Use Open around this time to load History for that moment. Clear list hides them on the main screen; Alert history shows everything still in the logs.

Signals

History workflow: Year → Month → Day → From/To time → Load period → scrub / Play. That is how a technician will reproduce the minutes around a service alert after real telemetry is stored.
